Fundraising: Where to Start?

Whether you work for a nonprofit or are an independent artist looking for project funding, fundraising is a part of your to-do list. Fundraising can be overwhelming, especially when you’re just starting out. Where do you start? How much do you ask for? How do you find & cultivate donors? And when is (and isn’t) a good idea to initiate an ask.

Learn the dos and don’ts to make the most out of your fundraising efforts. Come interact with experienced professionals & artists and hear them talk about what it was like when they first started fundraising, how they create a plan and set goals, what resources and tools exists to help you be an effective fundraiser for your organization or arts project.
